Q. Where does Coach Chris train?
A. Primary training takes place in El Segundo, approximately 5 minutes from LAX. Coach is also available to travel, with a travel fee based on distance and time.
Q. What is the investment for 1-on-1 training?
A. $200 per session.
Q. Do you offer packages?
A. Yes. Packages are designed for athletes committed to development—offering preferred scheduling and reduced per-session rates.
Q. How long is each session?
A. 60 minutes of focused, high-level work.
Q. What ages do you train?
A. Coach works with athletes starting at age 6 through the professional level.
Q. What positions does Coach train?
A. All positions are trained. Wide receivers are a primary specialization.
Q. Do you offer group training?
A. Group training is being developed in two tiers: standard groups and Ascension—an invite-only environment for high-level athletes. Join the email list for early access.
Q. Can teammates train together?
A. Yes. Coach works with pre-formed groups to create competitive, game-relevant training environments.
Q. Do you train athletes outside of California?
A. Yes. Coach works with athletes nationally and internationally and is available for travel.

Q. Do you offer virtual training?
A. Yes. Virtual sessions are available for athletes who want access to CHT from anywhere.

Q. Do you offer combine or pro-day preparation?
A. Yes. Training includes movement execution, drill efficiency, and mental preparation—built to translate directly to combine and pro-day performance.
Q. How do I book a session?
A. Sessions are secured once payment is received. After booking, you’ll receive confirmation, waiver access, and exact location details.
Q. Is there a travel fee?
A. Yes. Any session outside a 5-mile radius includes a travel fee based on time and distance.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and may only be rescheduled once. Missed sessions will be forfeited.
